Do you take insurance?
Yes, I accept several major insurance plans. If you’re not sure if I accept your insurance, please feel free to ask. For clients without insurance, I offer self-pay rates and can discuss payment plans if needed.

9. How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment by calling my office, emailing, or booking through my website. I’ll do my best to accommodate your preferred days and times.

10. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. This policy helps me respect my time and that of other clients.

Yes, you can reach out for brief check-ins or clarifications via email or phone. However, ongoing therapeutic conversations are best held during scheduled sessions.

12. What if I feel nervous about starting therapy?

1. What does a clinical therapist do?
A clinical therapist helps clients understand and address emotional, mental, and behavioral issues through various therapeutic techniques. My goal is to support you in identifying patterns, developing coping skills, and working towards your personal and mental health goals.

2. What types of therapy do you offer?
I offer individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, and group therapy, using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and other evidence-based practices tailored to your unique needs.

3. Is therapy confidential?
Yes, confidentiality is essential to our work. Everything you share remains private, with certain legal exceptions (such as if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others). I will review these limits of confidentiality with you in detail during our first session.

4. How long does each therapy session last?
Typically, sessions last 45-60 minutes, though this can be adjusted depending on your needs and the type of therapy you’re receiving.

5. How frequently do we need to meet?
We’ll discuss a schedule that works best for your goals and availability. Many clients start with weekly sessions, and, as progress is made, we may adjust to bi-weekly or monthly sessions.

6. What should I expect in my first session?
In our first session, we’ll discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, your history, and any immediate concerns you may have. This initial meeting is a chance to build trust, establish goals, and determine how we can best work together.

7. How long will therapy take?
